She was turned down because she didn't have a fence. She had a nice big back yard and didn't live right in town. She did have an invisible fence though.

GORGEOUS DOG!!!

I never tried to get a rescue dog before so I don't know about their rules. The boston rescue here in Toronto has a waiting list.

We inquired about a dog once through the WBTR but they said he found a home already but yet he was still listed for 2+ years after that.
