You have to quote the person you are speaking to just like ^^^^

Use the '+' button on the left below the 'quote' button. You can use the '+' button multiple times to different people before hitting the 'quote' button to reply.

Thanks, Reba-Doo. I knew how to quote one person at a time so would end up posting two replies to quote two people.
