This is just my opinon... but doesn't the current color scheme look a bit, generic?

I like the colours too. Very easy on the eyes
Though I've seen some forums where each user has the ability to change the colors of the forum the way they like it viewed.

I like it too and I agree that it's very easy on the eyes. Some websites have so much going on that they're too busy and you can't even find the info you need. Maybe we could just change the blue to a seasonal colour (green for Christmas, orange for fall/Halloween, red around Valentine's).... Just a thought.
