I have been wanting to change my avatar for a while, but every time I attempt to upload a picture it comes back and tells me that the upload has failed. Am I doing some thing wrong? It worked the first time and now I can't upload pictures. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I wanted to change my signature picture. The picture I had is gone and I can't get the new one to work. Had no problem uploading the picture to my albums but can't get it from there to the signature. When ever I try to transfer it it gives me the red X with the dots around it. When I upload the picture as an attachment in a post it is so small one can hardly see it and it's size is at the top end of the requirements. 800 x 400 something I believe.

Or try and resize your image and make it smaller so it will load easier!

By golly I think I got, but please don't ask how. I didn't want it so big but this will have to do. I still need some answers Mr. Administrator!
